They provide the right tools and extensive knowledge to make decisions easier, ensuring an easy and quick transition, such as going from a split unit to an all in one unit. The company is great to work with, getting all the info to push back and make required repairs, even when partnered with a slow home warranty company. They replaced an AC in the middle of summer and managed extra stuff around the house. Air Pros is used for all electrical needs, with prompt response and professional service. When an old HVAC unit was leaking, Air Pros found the part, had it shipped and installed in just over a week at a very reasonable price, and the unit has worked wonderfully. They are fast, friendly, fair, dependable, and hard working. Highly recommended over big boxed companies.

Great company to work with. Partnered with them through home Warranty. Home warranty company is slow and doesn't want to pay for anything! Air Pros was great and got all the info to push back and make the required repairs.
Our old HVAC unit was found to be leaking while performing a routine maintenance this past winter (23/24) by one of the other big name guys (we have a contract ) and said they couldn’t get the part. Purchasing a new system at that time was out of the question. So we were using ceramic heaters in the rooms for a month when we remembered we had a home warranty. We call them and they sent Air Pros, LLC. My husband was here and doesn’t remember the guys name, but he was impressed.
