I saw Dr. Anh Giang Edwards. It was my first visit. She is very well trained and she was very thorough in explaining my eye problem to me. I will go back to get my annual eye exam and glasses. I would recommend to anyone who seeks a professional atmosphere and outstanding service beginning with knowledgeable people answering the phone. Thank you!
The staff are very nice & professional. After your exam, they send you to look at frames. The lady helping me told me exactly what my insurance covered, how much they allowed on each thing, (frames, lenses etc.) and gave me choices of extras but didn’t push anything on me. They shot you a text when they come in and you go pick them up at your convenience. That’s it! I’m not sure of the Dr.s name that I see, but she is so good & patient.
The staff is great. They are a very sweet bunch of ladies. They have always been very professional and knowledgable. They make you feel more like family genuinely provide assistance with helping you see the world better!!!
