When we started talking to theses people they were great. Well once the installer come out and somewhat finished his job it has been nothing but a bunch of run around lies. The installer told us we had the wrong steps so we didn’t know any better. They were right so now we were left with putting them together after we had paid for them to be put together. That only starts the problems though, our pool is not level, the pump is leaking in 2 different places and the installer will not come back and fix anything. All he does is say yeah I will be there this day and never shows up. That is if he even answers his phone or returns calls. So buyers beware!!!!!!!!

They didn’t live up to their word. Still trying to get my vacuum hose??♀️
The installer won’t come back and fix the leaks at the pump. We were told they would level the 1st 6 inches, and over that would cost extra. We were 3.1 inches high on one side. We are still 3.1 inches high on one side!! The installer WONT answer our calls, or return them.
They don’t explain to you in the beginning that the installer is separate from the pool purchase, until after you’ve paid for the pool. Now, we were told by Bob that we would be happy!!

Great customer service when we were buying and at set up!!
We have had our spa for 3 weeks!! Can’t wait for many years of use!
