I cannot say enough good things about this clinic and especially Dr. Ricchetti. From the very first visit, it was clear that she is not only incredibly kind, but also exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough.
When I first brought my dog Cleo in, Dr. Ricchetti immediately noticed a drainage tract from a prior TPLO surgery (done by another vet). While others had told me to just “watch it,” she recognized right away that it could indicate a deeper bacterial infection and referred us to Mississippi State. That decision very likely saved Cleo’s leg.
Dr. Ricchetti has also personally followed up after two emergency vet visits, reaching out the next day without being prompted.That kind of follow-up truly sets her apart. She is always kind, patient, and wonderful with my dogs, who absolutely adore her. After one ER visit, she offered to coordinate Cleo’s medication without requiring an additional office visit, which I deeply appreciated.
The front desk staff are welcoming and kind, and the entire clinic is a pleasure to work with. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this vet and trust them completely with my dogs.

My dog, Cricket, and I had a great first visit with Dr. May and his team yesterday. Everyone was super friendly and they were quick to get us in and out. I appreciated that Dr. May took time to listen and to answer all of my questions. Price was reasonable too.

Took our found feral kitties in for their first vet visit. The exam went well, they got weighed, got wormed, and got their genders confirmed. The staff made us feel relaxed and confident that we were doing things right!

Great place to take you animals, we have used them twice, one we had to put a dog down :( the staff was so supportive during this situation! Next was having our new dog fixed, she did great and they took great care of her! Highly recommend!!

Dr. May and his staff are wonderful! They understand that my dogs are my babies - even my granddogs go there and my grandcats. We pass by a lot of other vets on our way to see Dr. May but he and his staff are SO worth it!
