The staff was friendly and patient with my nervous boy. They were very detailed in gathering information and explaining the issue concerning my 3 year old Great Dane/Australian Shepherd. She was also very compassionate with me as I have recently lost a fur baby and want to be extra thorough with my other baby. I recommend them if your animal needs care.

Love the staff and Doc is the best. Love her energy and kindness. He love for your pets shows and her sympathy when it comes to the hard parts of being an animal owner. She is just a genuine good hearted person and it shows in every way.

Dr. Kendall is hands down the best! I can’t say enough good things about them. She and her staff are all very sweet. She’s very thorough. We adore the Animal Shack and couldn’t imagine taking our fur babies anywhere else.
