The hairstylist was great. However, something needs to be done about their phone situation in Booneville, MS. It is always on voice mail and not working properly. It cost me to have to book online with no color option. So, I did not get all the services that I wanted to book! Not good management!
The employees at the Booneville Smartstyle have always been so amazing every time I go. They will accommodate you last minute if at all possible. I am always very pleased with my results.
Ashley was very sweet and professional I like it because she knows what I like I try to stay with the same person I don’t think anybody should walk up while they are cutting hair that can cause a distraction and cause them to mess up it’s better if people just wait till they’re done this time today with the blue shirt on I didn’t undercut. I love it.
