Air went out Saturday afternoon about 3:pm. I didn’t think I could get anyone but called and within 30 minutes Mr Allen texted that he was route to my house. He was very courteous, discovered that outside wiring had been cut with most likely a weed eater. I did have to pay a weekend fee but heat index was 105 degrees so I sure didn’t mind. Thank you Matt for a great team and for helping me out.🧰
I wish I had gotten the young man's name..but I didn't. He was Awesome!!! VERY professional, kind and listened to me as I tried to explain what was going on with my unit! I worried about him very much being in our attic. He was sooo hot,but he stayed up there until every detail was finished. Awesome job!!! Thank you so much to the young man's who came to our rescue!!
We had a roof installed and a coolant line was hit in the late afternoon. Called Booneville Heating & Cooling for help. They couldn’t make it that day but kept me updated when they could come the next. Guys arrived as scheduled. The line was fixed and unit checked out. They are great about letting you know when someone will be there so you are not waiting all day. Awesome job guy! You rock 👊🏻
