I called to inquire about making an appt & to inquire about insurance. The Dr I spoke with today 7/29/24, was very impatient & abrupt after I had asked if he took Ambetter ins. He said, is that the Obama insurance plan? I replied yes. He began to "tell" me in a rushed manner what my ins covered. He was way off base & not accurate at all. I don't have a copay, which he insisted that I did. He said he could do a cash price for less than what my ins actually charged. He sounded more like a pressuring salesman than a caring Dr. He kept over talking me & when I finally got a word in to explain I have 20 visits @ no charge because I have met my deductible. He told me in a very rude tone that if he accepted that insurance he'd be out of business. It wasn't "what he said" but "HOW he said it". This is the insurance I have & to come across to me in a demeaning & belittling way was very unprofessional & unexpected after reading the great reviews even though many of them were older reviews. I'm not sure I would go here even if I had an ins plan he accepted. He was just that sarcastic & rude. I spoke with another Dr, Dr Mitchell @ Back & Neck Care & he doesn't take Ambetter either but he was so polite & even took a CPL min to talk with me. So, if you are willing & can pay out of pocket, there are other Dr's that will talk to you, not at you. I would def Not recommend Advanced Chiropractic. Best of luck to anyone in pain looking for help. God bless.

My journey with Dr. Bismark began in the 1980’s. He is knowledgeable as well as informative. Communication of your ailments and breathing are key when seeking his treatment. I highly recommend his practice and I am I most grateful for his gift of chiropractic care.

Dr. Bismark is an excellent wholistic practitioner. He is gifted at spinal manipulation and is very knowledgeable of other treatment options. He is always my first choice.
