A very good experience with Dr. Thurber and his staff with first eye surgery! They are not only very capable but they work in a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend them. I’m sure the surgery on my second eye will be as well!

The staff is friendly. On my last visit I was a 'walk-in'. Unfortunately, one of the doctors was out so his patients were being seen by the other doctors in addition to their own patients. Of course they were running behind.
The receptionist apologized, explained the situation, and asked me to take a seat. I wasn't turned away.
Later, a staff member brought a basket of treats to the waiting area, apologized for the wait and offered treats to anyone who wanted one.
My doctor, Dr Thurber, is very good and Itrusthimwith my eyes. He's treated my optical issues since I moved to the coast a few years ago.

Dr. Latch and the entire staff were absolutely wonderful. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout every aspect of my daughter’s and my appointments. They were incredibly patient with my daughter, who was nervous about having her eyes dilated because it temporarily affected her vision. She has autism and doesn’t do well with unexpected changes, but the staff treated her with such compassion, patience, and professionalism that they helped put her at ease. I truly appreciate the exceptional care they provide and am so grateful for the kindness they showed both of us.
