I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Tatum from this store and what a breath of fresh air! He was courteous, professional, and diagnosed my problem and gave me a list of options he could do as well as what the likely result and cost would be. I never felt like he was trying to sell me or even make a buck! People like that are becoming more rare, but not him. They have my business for life!

What a fantastic small business..... Called the evening before with an AC problem at one of my rentals. A tech was there the next morning (9am) and quickly address the problem.
