Really appreciate that Brian Patterson Plumbing sent Richard out today. Richard was professional and worked hard to get the warranty supplier to warranty my part and got me a replacement part. Now my home is no longer sticky from the humidity and is running cool again. Thanks again for all you do! :)

Patterson Heating and Plumbing Company is my hero. My pipe burst yesterday, had Niagara Falls outside of my kitchen window, and they came and fixed the problem. They advised me on future work that could be done to remedy future issues and also told me to send a copy of the bill to the water department to get some of that money back. Most companies I called were not working yesterday. Mr. Patterson puts safety first and arranged for his crews to work yesterday safely, and I am so grateful and blessed for his service. Bravo, Patterson Heating and Plumbing!

They do a great job at a reasonable price. We had a toilet replaced that we had problems with for years and they were in and out of the house within about an hour. That included fixing some previous work.
