This was the third AC company to service our unit over the past 2 years and they had by far the most impressive service with skill, speed, and integrity. Beware other companies who say your warrantied unit can’t be filed under the warranty. They collect money from the warranty and charge the customer, thus collecting money from both sides. This company had parts we needed onsite, came out after hours on a Friday afternoon, and fixed it under the AC warranty so we weren’t left hanging over the weekend and didn’t pay for parts that were under warranty after all. Eagle services did it again! Great service, very professional and reasonable prices. Changed our capacitor and checked our system throughly. They came out on a Sunday within 2 hours of our call! Thank you, Eagle Services.

Eagle Services response, problem diagnosis and repair professionalism was above reproach. Lightning strike damaged HVAC system and Eagle borrowed replacement parts from backup unit to repair our system within 4 hours. Not to mention they will be handling warranty part recovery and lead times behind the scene preventing customer burden and returning residential cooling conditions to normal by treating the situation like an emergency service requirement.
