I called North Bay H&A late one evening with an air conditioner issue and someone was sent out the next morning. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Josh was able to diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner. I appreciate fast service. I definitely look forward to doing business with this company in the future.
