Smooth experience under rough circumstances. The ladies/owners are very thorough and understanding. If you are looking for fancy or high end, it might not be a fit. But if service is what you value, they are top notch. Can’t say enough good things about how attuned they were to important details. I appreciate them and would recommend.
We were very pleased with the services provided. You all assisted us in every area of the service. We had no idea how to begin the process of cremation, but with each and every question there was a great answer that was given in a respectful way. We thank you, Mrs. Gina, Marie, and I believe the other young lady's name is Rose. You all were very professional and trustworthy. Lost my wife of 50 years. We knew it was coming, so started mortuary process online. Good info, simple process, no questions. Don't have much money, so direct cremation was our choice...least expensive, leas than $900. When wife passed I made one simple call. Nothing but kindness and respect from hearse attendants. Office personnel next day were the same. Highest level of professionalism...kindness and understanding. She died Thursday evening, I picked up her ashes the following Wednesday morning.
