Brought my wedding dress here for alterations and they were absolutely amazing! They took in the top of the dress, shortened the train, and added draped sleeves all for a very reasonable price! Everything fit perfectly and were exactly as asked for. Will absolutely be bringing all future alterations here :)

My first time using them and I had a good experience. I dropped off a borrowed dress for dry cleaning. The brooch did end up getting broken. However, when I brought it to their attention, the owner was nothing but gracious and kind and offered to replace it right then and there. They gave me a variety of brooches to choose from for replacement. They also replaced it on the dress in like 5 minutes! Based on their customer service alone, I highly recommend them! Luxe Cleaners is truly the Gold Standard in their industry. Their alterations and dry cleaning services are unmatched by area competition. They are so good that when they relocated to the other side of the Peninsula we their customers followed them. Area customers in their new location welcomed them with open arms. When I pick up my clothes it seems like I see another smiling soon to be Bride receiving first rate service from their staff.
