I cannot say enough about this salon! I am always nervous going to salons, because I rarely ever get the results I hope for. I have curly, light auburn hair, so either the way it gets cut often disturbs my curl pattern or I request a copper color that turns out maroon. I have dropped so much money on high-end salons only to end up disappointed. My experience with Lux was very different! I reached out via messenger, described my past experiences, expressed my concerns, & shared photos. Carol Anne replied to me & invited me in for a free consultation. She & 2 other stylists listened to me & made me feel very comfortable by explaining different options & their recommendations to get the results I was after. The salon is clean & decorated very nicely, with hair products you can purchase as well as other items such as purses, jewelry, tumblers, & even local honey harvested by Carol Anne’s parents. Last night, I had my color & cut appointment with Angelina, who was one of the stylists present during my consultation. She did an amazing job! She cut my curly hair dry (a good sign someone knows how to cut curly hair), then used some lightener, dye, & then a glaze, followed by a fine tuning cut & blow dry with a diffuser. Carol Anne even called Angelina during my appointment to check on how it was going, & that really meant a lot to me that they were taking extra care to meet my expectations. Angelina was delightful the whole time. She served me coffee & great conversation in addition to her hair skills. My hair turned out a beautiful & dimensional copper, just as I requested! I stepped out of my comfort zone with the haircut, but my curls feel light & bouncy, I look younger, I feel trendy & more confident, & I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend this salon & will definitely be back! I’m so happy to have finally found a salon & stylists I can trust with my hair & who are such genuine people. Thank you, ladies for a lovely experience. I can’t wait to come back! 🥹🫶🏻
From day one, I’ve been completely in love with Lux Boutique Salon and Spa. Every visit is such a treat — the vibe is relaxing, the team is welcoming, and the service is always top-notch. Carol Ann is amazing with hair! She really listens, gets your vision, and brings it to life with so much care and talent. I leave every time feeling refreshed and beyond happy with the results. Can’t recommend this place enough!
