I contacted Flowers by GiGi after 2 recommendations by a Florist in New Orleans, LA and Chattanooga, TN. I was devastated by the death of a very dear friend and didn't know what to send. Flowers by GiGi was very sympathetic, kind, and took her time to talk with me. She suggested a plant that would last (Peace Lilly) and a bouquet of blue and white flowers in a basket. She was able to deliver the same day and my friend's wife absolutely loved them and sent a picture! I would highly recommend Flowers by GiGi for all occasions! I know that I will be using them in the future and sharing their information with all my friends and family.

Amazing!! I placed the order and got a confirmation email immediately after. I was a little worried at first because I didn't see anywhere that you could track your order's progress, but I called her and she was delightful to speak with. Very very kind with an upbeat attitude and happily gave me an update on the order. The flowers were stunning as well. Well worth it. Thank you!!

Flowers by Gigi is amazing place and Ms. Gigi has an awesome sprite. I have an automatic order with her every two weeks, she’s filled every order beautifully and I recommend Flowers by Gigi to anyone.
