The front desk clerk is rude and unprofessional as they come. I will post who I’m referring to on my page. Her overall tone was rude, asking for information was rude and obnoxious. When I told her about her rude and unprofessional behaviors, she came from behind the counter to the waiting area as if someone was afraid of her.
You had the right one today!! This place needs a revamp of its employees ASAP before she gets what she was looking for. Funny that “others” walked out who worked there as if her behavior was ok.

A little bit of a wait, but way better (and affordable) than sitting at an ER for hours to no end (for non-serious/non-life-threatening matters). Staff has always treated me and other patients I've seen there with professionalism. Special mention to nurse Emma: friendly, polite, caring and sweet.

Took my 6 month old here for what turned out to be eczema on his eyes.. They took care of him quickly and were very friendly. They were actually able to help us out more efficiently than his pediatrician.

The staff at fast pace, health urgent care is awesome. The nurse practitioner Brittany cares and is really passionate about her job. From check-in to check out, the whole process is done electronically and makes the whole process Quick and easy.
