Empire Truck Sales did a fantastic job for my wife and I just yesterday when the serpentine belt on our motorhome broke due to a locked up A/C compressor the morning of the last leg of a 2-day trip back to Texas. Rich and Chad, the service managers, dispatched a tow truck to our RV park and our rig was brought to their facility by a very experienced driver, Jeffrey, with All American Towing and his truck designed for big rigs. He did a great job. Empire put us in line right away and assigned two of their mechanics, Kalib and Cale, to the MH. By that same afternoon, even having to work past official quitting time, our motorhome with Freightliner chassis was ready to go.... read full review

Stevens, great service friendly! Knowledgeable! Great price on the air dryer is double from Nevada ,so we must order and get delivered, but that's not on Steven is on the greedy management!

I have been bringing my truck to Empire Truck for several years now during my home time anytime I need maintenance or have any issues with truck. The service department has always taken great care of any issues with truck and in a timely manner. And they always double check to see if covered under warranty including parts and labor when applicable. Highly recommended
