Coastal ENT Associates, PLLC has received positive reviews. Dr. Robert Wineski and all the staff from the hearing tests to the front desk were absolutely the best. Patients felt very comfortable there and highly recommend this place. Dr. Bratton and his wonderful staff provided the best experience. One patient had FESS sinus surgery and recovery was a cinch, with no pain after surgery. The staff really reassured and helped throughout. Another patient has been with Dr. Bratton for around 5 years and will continue with all treatments with him and his caring staff, highly recommending them. A visit with Dr. Kraft was also positive; a sweet staff member named Dawn helped a patient get right back, and Dr. Kraft was very thorough with explanations. The environment was very comfortable, though it was a tad confusing to which window to go to.
Dr. Robert Wineski and all the staff from the hearing tests to the front desk to the assistance to everybody was absolutely the best. VA sent me there and I was very impressed and I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this place.
I have been a sinus and allergy sufferer for 20 years. I have been taking a ton of Excedrin because that is the only thing that worked for me with the sinusitis. I have been off of the Excedrin for two weeks, which is unheard of, thanks to Dr Bratton! I had the best experience with Dr Bratton and his wonderful staff. I had FESS sinus surgery à week ago. I was very nervous about having surgery but the staff really reassured me and helped me through it all. I told them, “I would even do this tomorrow again if you asked me to!”. It was a tad confusing to which window to go to but a sweet staff member named Dawn helped me. She got me right back and Dr. Kraft was very thorough with her explanations on what I needed done. Very comfortable environment.
