Mr. Ortiz was amazing in his explanation of what happened with my plumbing and the short comings of the methodology of this tactic. Mr. Ortiz aided me in making repairs that will last not just temporary fixes.
EJ did an inspection of our plumbing system. Very personable and knowledgeable; he went above and beyond to explain things and clean out the dirt from our water meter. Highly recommend!
Update on different services: major/extensive plumbing repair. Lenny and Rylan (and others) were the plumbing team who came out to troubleshoot, estimate, and repair our plumbing. They broke through our slab foundation to remove old iron pipes, removed old tub and tile surround, replaced toilet, etc. BIG JOB.
Aside from a couple of housekeeping issues, which were addressed and corrected, the job was perfect. Im always very confident about my choice to use Ball. (Next, a tankless water heater.)
