Dr. Mitchell is The Best Chiropractor in Mississippi/Florida. He’s compassionate & genuinely cares for your wellbeing. After moving home to Florida from Mississippi, I was disappointed after 2 failed attempts for treatment in Florida. I will continue to drive the 150 miles to be treated by the Best. I am a snowbird & was in desperate need of effective chiropractic care in January when I arrived in Biloxi after the drive south. I could hardly turn my neck. I couldn't raise my right arm above my head & my sciatica was so painful thru my left hip my walking was limited. Luckily I found Back & Neck Care Center, LLC. I'm headed back north in 2 weeks feeling 1000% better & sad I can't take the Dr w/me! I have flexibility, strength & equilibrium back. I have been pain free for weeks. I've been seeing Dr Mitchell off and on for about 7 years for my neck and shoulder. I love the atmosphere of the office it's calming and Dr Mitchell always has a smile on his face. My shoulder and neck and hand continues to get better with each treatment.
