I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They don’t care about any clients they have, it be months before you can get a worker and when you do they come in acting like they don’t know what they there for. The guy that work in the office is very rude and will lie on you for no reason. I just had a bad experience with them and I ended my mother service with them. They are very unprofessional, I wouldn’t say all of them cause I only met him and another lady but he’s very rude, disrespectful and don’t care how he talk to people. I just recently signed up with this company and still waiting for them to send me somebody. So do not hold your breath. You may not even get serviced right away. If you sign up with them it has been a hassle from get-go. They told my caseworker that they had somebody and that was not the truth. Had to reach out to the corporate to get something done.
