AAFES Barber Shop offers good haircuts and a friendly atmosphere. Customers appreciate the talented barbers who take their time to do the job right. The shop is often open on Sundays when other places are closed, making it convenient for last-minute haircuts. However, some customers have experienced unprofessional service, such as late opening times and lack of greeting, which affects the overall experience. Despite this, many leave satisfied with the quality and price of the service.
It simply costs too much. It is not reasonable at all. Watch out for those fees. I was charged an additional $40 when my I scheduled for 1 pm, and the stylist did not start on my hair until about 2:15 pm.
My barber is great. She is the only one I like cutting my hair. I gave 3 Stars bc I went on Sunday and the 3 barbers there were unprofessional. They didn't open on time bc they showed up late. No apologies or even greeted anyone. 3 of them counted out the cash register and the other one was still setting up her chair. Awful customer service. I'll try today and see if my regular barber is there.
I usually take my son to a barber shop in Gulfport. However, he needed a haircut on a Sunday and AAFES on Keesler was the only place open on a Sunday. My son was thrilled with the haircut and I was thrilled with the atmosphere, customer service, and price.
