**UPDATE 5/23/22**Within an hour after posting this review, I received a call from the owner, who I had not previously dealt with. He was very apologetic for all of the issues and offered to do whatever necessary to correct the situation. Another service call was scheduled to fix the attic access hatch. The service guy also took care of an issue that I hadn't discovered until after speaking with the owner where the batting around the attic fan was causing problems with the fan blade. Much better experience this time around. It's just unfortunate that I had to go through this much effort to finally get quality service and the job done right. Steve came out to bid the job on time and was very helpful in deciding how to proceed. Chris and Josh, the installers were friendly, on time, careful with my home (my attic access is in the Master Bedroom closet) and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them and am looking forward to the energy savings!

Dominic came out today. He was super professional and had great communication. We ended up not having any insulation problems or needs after all and he was very honest about it - didn’t try to “sell” us something that we didn’t need or wouldn’t really work. I appreciate that tremendously! I would definitely recommend contacting this company to discuss your insulation needs!
