Next day service. Service diagnosis and fixed within 2-3 hours for mine. Tech was thorough and knowledgeable beyond my capacity, couldn't trick him. You pay the price for what you get. He didn't even try to upsell me a entire unit and all have in the past. Definitely, use these guys again.
Couldn’t ask for better service! I’ve had several companies come out to fix our AC issues and I’m so glad to finally find a company that listened to my issue and found the issue and fixed it! Got a few bids for an air scrubber, duct cleaning, and a steam humidifier from other HVAC companies and I wasn’t satisfied with their bids. My best friend told me about Crabtree, so I called for a bid. Best choice I’ve ever made!! Mike came out and was extremely knowledgeable and nice, he gave us different options that were more efficient and budget friendly. The installation went very smooth.
