When my water heater went out and I couldn't get it to stay lit, I called Baker Mechanical Services whom I had never called before but had heard of through word of mouth. I couldn't be more happy with the services that Thad and Kaleb provided. Beyond expectations for someone providing this service.
Thad was very easy to speak with and have a conversation about the issue over the phone and he didn't just state availability and pricing like many do. They were able to come earlier than expected, and although a part had to be ordered, they did everything in their power to get us up and running with hot water in the meantime. Thad is very professional, experienced, trustworthy and knowledgeable in all things mechanical. He found us a very good deal and replaced our existing Arco HVAC system with a new Rheem 96% efficient furnace and 4 ton heat pump. this Spring. Set up furnace for propane, switch for safety and even took the time (and I had issues with my router) to set up the app on my phone to conveniently control from there. Thad made sure everything was working precisely as it should and double checked with me a few days later to see if everything was running well and if I had any questions. Thad did a great job replacing my water heater. Gave me options, his professional opinion and did exactly what he promised. Affordable, professional, and dependable. I will never hire anyone else.
