Our tub faucet had been leaking for awhile, and it was getting pretty bad. My husband called when they opened, and they came out the same day and had it fixed in a couple of hours. I highly recommend them. They talk you through what needs to be done so you know whats going on, and what your options are when fixing something if needed.
I’ve used Negri 5 times now in the last few months. Unfortunately, the previous owner of the house had no idea what he was doing with Plumbing and we had quite a few things that needed addressed. The secretary always answers the phone every time I call and have been very quick to get me on the schedule or even have someone come out the same day! Great plumbers and would highly recommend!
Dan came out to fix our plumbing issue, bathtub wouldn't drain. He was here about 3 hours trying to unclog it with his tools and draino type stuff. He eventually had to get under the house and replace a couple parts. He kept me informed every step of the way and even cleaned up his mess!! We ALWAYS call Negri with our plumbing issues, they do exceptional work.
