If I could rate 0 stars then I would. I worked for this company and they wouldn’t schedule me on the days I needed to work, they would never let my clients know the days I was going to be at their homes (so there were a lot of times I was waiting 3 hours for a client to answer the door/phone). They didn’t pay for mileage. Any time I had to call them for some guidance or any question at all, they were so rude over the phone. On one occasion, I drove to my client’s home, logged into my app to clock in, but there was nothing on my schedule. I called the company and they told me they would call me back with a schedule, but never did. The next day I tried logging into my app but it was not allowing me so I called the company. They told me it was because I was not supposed to work that day and proceeding to chew me out for not showing up to work on the day that they didn’t even put me on the schedule. I called the following day (a day I was supposed to work) because my app still was not allowing me to log in. They didn’t even have the audacity to let me know they didn’t need me anymore. Instead, they waited for me to call them. They gaslighted me and when I tried to talk to them over the phone about the situation they hung up the phone. In conclusion, this company is a total joke and will screw you over in a heartbeat, but will always complain about never having any help. :)

They offer 30 cents less than what the IRS recommends for mileage, then say they’re being generous with that amount. They require you drive three hours, round trip, for training and paperwork without pay. They only offered to pay mileage for training after I told them I wasn’t interested in the position anymore. Very income driven. I don’t recommend working for them.
