They were really knowledgeable about what repairs were needed and very compassionate. They fit us in earlier than anticipated and got the job done quickly and efficiently. If you have to leave a message, leave one! He always calls as quickly as he can and you won't regret it!

We had trouble with our well today due to a thunderstorm that happened this morning. We lost our well we had no water found out. It was due to no electric in the well house. Charles Williams electric came out and restored power back to our well house fast, friendly good service, reasonable rate. I highly recommend this company to anybody out there..

We were having trouble with the power in our house - no idea what it was. On the phone he said it sounded like it was on the utility company end and to call the city to come check before he came so we didn’t have to pay for an unnecessary service call. City checked it, said it was on us. So he came and checked our whole house and knew it was on the city. City tried every way in the world to say it wasn’t them, and Mr. Williams said there was no way he was leaving until they had it fixed for us; he even got on the phone with them himself.
