We’ve had excellent experiences with Butler Heating and Air. Adam came out on two occasions for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and professional and easy to communicate with. He really seemed to care about what was in our best interests. He was able to fix the 32-year-old system, but we made the decision to move onto a new HVAC unit. Todd came out and spoke to us on options. He was down to earth, easy to talk to, and had a super great style and perspective. The crew came out a few days after we made the decision to replace. They set up a beautiful HVAC unit and explained how to use the thermostat, filter changes and cleaned everything up spic and span when they left.... read full review

We had a chance to use Butler heating and air finally. Fast, friendly, lots of good advice they know what they’re doing. Don’t lie to you like others to sell your parts you don’t need. ! Highly recommend won’t bother with any others like up the highway from them !

Butler is one of the best companya I have ever used. I'm never home due to my work. They always accommodate, Go out to the house, take my payment over phone. All one there own, no face to face interaction with me at all, cuz I'm three states away! I trust these guys 1000 percent. I have seen some poor reviews. Not going to comment on those reviews. I will say this. I have not had the same experience. I frocking LOVE these guys!!! Am I hot about it? I course not. Butler keeps my AC working. Am I going to give them the cold shoulder? I can't Butler keeps my furnace working also.
