Our entire family has been seen at Burton Creek for the past 14 years. No matter what doctor or nurse practitioner we see each one has been great! Everyone from receptionist to lab and providers have been friendly and helpful.

Receptionist suck. They ask if you can hold and before you answer or you on hold and notoriously hang up on you. They won’t let you schedule a starting appointment for your spouse at risk of sharing information. Like if they aren’t a patient, they have no information to share. Don’t go here. Wait times are awful and respect is zero to none.
