Actually the worst doctors ive ever seen. You should fire them. No beside manner, dismissive, rude, tells you to find a new provider if you speak about your symptoms. Told me that my symptoms were anxiety. Thanks. Hope this place shuts down.
My brother had a referral to specialist out of town. His ultrasound was ordered so the Dr would have the results at the time of his visit. I checked with Dr and was told his test results had not been received. I called several times and finally reached the nurse at Burton Creek and was assured she would fax results so the Dr would have them. She did not. Visit was limited and there will be a delay in treatment due to incompentence of staff
It takes a lot for me to leave a review but this had to be said. Very poor experience to say the least. The wait was not long at all actually (we were the first in the door at 7:00 am). Everyone was very nice, except for the one who needed to be the most - the APRN. This “professional” made us feel like we lacked intelligence for just being there for a common ailment - semi emergent! After only 3 minutes top with that individual who gave us ZERO help, we walked out and headed to our last resort, OMC ER.
