About Burton Creek Medical Clinic
Burton Creek Medical Clinic has been serving families for over 14 years, earning a strong reputation for friendly and helpful staff from receptionists to lab personnel and providers. The clinic is often seen as better than many others in the area, with patients appreciating the professional and caring attitude of its staff. The clinic appears to be Christian-run, with Bibles available in every room, which some patients find comforting. Patients consistently praise the doctors and nurse practitioners for their attentive and thorough care. One patient highlighted Dr. Roylance as a wonderful doctor who made the experience of having a baby positive, keeping them informed, confident, and even laughing. The staff's compassionate approach was especially noted during a difficult cyst drainage procedure, where a nurse held the patient’s hand through the pain, and the doctor explained everything clearly to the patient's family via speakerphone. This level of bedside manner left a lasting impression. The clinic also provides excellent urgent care services. Patients have been impressed by the prompt, friendly, and efficient treatment for injuries such as cuts and bites. Staff like RN Marti Warden received particular praise for their skill in stitching a long, jagged leg wound with minimal visible scarring. Another visit involved a walk-in for a sick baby, where staff were described as patient, kind, and professional, making a stressful experience much easier for a worried parent. Overall, Burton Creek Medical Clinic is highly regarded for its caring staff, quality care, and the attentive service that makes patients feel safe and valued.
It takes a lot for me to leave a review but this had to be said. Very poor experience to say the least. The wait was not long at all actually (we were the first in the door at 7:00 am). Everyone was very nice, except for the one who needed to be the most - the APRN. This “professional” made us feel like we lacked intelligence for just being there for a common ailment - semi emergent! After only 3 minutes top with that individual who gave us ZERO help, we walked out and headed to our last resort, OMC ER. As you can tell we had hit rock bottom at that point to go there but was very surprised with how kind and helpful everyone was! ESPECIALLY Nurse Rachel and Dr. Pouge....read full review
We went twice in the past few weeks, in and out in less than a hour. Very Professional. We saw a Dr. Both times.
Excellent service.
Never got a call on my xray results from the walk in nurses. It's been 3 weeks. Seeing my pcp tomorrow so I will be asking him. They didn't seem to care about my visit on 11/30 Just wanted me out. They need to do better patient care in the walk in
