I’m giving Ulta Wentzville three stars not because of the ladies on the floor they have been extremely helpful and sweet, but the young girls that are at the front registers/ checking me out always have the nastiest attitudes—like I’m burdening them especially when there is a long line. Take the time to slow down and show kindness towards your customers after all we’re all going through things. I get it if you’re having a bad day here and there but it’s every time I’m in there.

In the past Every time I come into the store I see all the ladies talking together and they NEVER try to help me. At all. I even had to ask 3 of them to move away from the products I was looking at. I also asked a very simple question that not a soul tried to help me with. I get it, I’m not young and pretty. TODAY I went in and Eric and another gentleman (who’s name I did not get) came straight to me and assisted me with my entire purchase. I will never shop there again if he’s not there. I give Eric and the other gentleman 5 stars. All the other ladies in the store 1 star.

Melissa and Eric are fantastic. They helped us to shop for the clean cosmetics that I have to have. Every time we go in there they give such amazing customer service. Everyone there is so nice but we just love Melissa and Eric.
