Came here tonight for my son, an hour from closing, and all the staff was so nice and helpful! Thank you, Phillip, Morgan, Angie, and Sue! Y'all were amazing!

$1000 flu test. What a joke. Luckily we have insurance so only $400 for the flu test

Different people have different experiences, but I love this place.
Easy to schedule, always on time and always nice. Personally, I'm thankful it's here.

I went to this urgent care on yesterday after developing redness, burning, nausea, and fatigue that matched a previous allergic reaction I’ve had. I told them about my history, but they were dismissive and almost didn’t run a strep test until I asked twice (when I stated that strep also has given me these same symptoms in the past). They brushed off the idea of an allergic reaction because I didn’t have hives.
My primary care doctor later prescribed steroids after I messaged them last night still miserable , and I improved within hours. I left urgent care feeling ignored and disappointed. I hope they learn that not all allergic reactions look the same. Now I am out a copay and probably have a larger bill coming in the mail.

Injured my knee and wanted to make sure it wasn’t torn. Rushed there right after work to get it checked (several hours before closing). Felt very uncomfortable and judged the entire time. Heard the nurse make a joke about me after shutting the door and then laughter from her and the radiology tech. As a fellow SSM employee I’m so disappointed and saddened about this experience. I was nothing but polite and patient and just wanted some reassurance after a long, painful day. Joanne, the nurse practitioner, was very sweet but I did not feel that she took me seriously either. Waste of time and left in tears.

Made an appointment for my son. Showed up to this, with no notification from them. To make matters worse it was too late in the night to get him seen literally anywhere else. Do not go here. They don't care about people or their time.

Worst facility, I will never return. Been here twice and both times have been a JOKE! Brought my 1.5 year old in for a deep cough, that was supposedly treated a few days prior with a steroid but didn’t get better, it got WORSE. MONICA thought it was appropriate to tell me “oh it’s probably allergies. Try a spoonful of honey” I mentioned his behavior being bad/clingy, he was even high pitch screaming in the dr office “he’s 20 months, his behavior will change. He’s probably teething” everything was a guessing game. Not a single test was ran. They have zero sympathy, I left crying. I’ve been treating him for over a week, with zarbees, robutussin, Claritin… they didn’t do a single thing to help, complete waste of time

They charged me $400 to look into my ear for 60 seconds to tell me I have an ear infection. I cannot put into words how much I detest this place to charge $400 for less than 5 minutes of someone's time they will never see a dime. I would sooner pass a golf ball sized kidney stone than give this place my business
