Unable to cancel and receive refund due to blank stone already being purchased by them from their supplier. Have asked to continue the order for my mother’s stone that she ordered, Diane Franklin. Will update review accordingly when we see what comes of this.

Brought in my own stone and ask for it to be engraved. Turned out great. Had to wait a little on issues with machines, but got when I needed it. Great people to work with. Would go there again if needing engraving.
