Dr. Rippy was very kind and thorough with the explanation of the diagnosis/treatment options. I felt confident in their care almost immediately when Darla (our RVT) reviewed all of my dog’s medical history in detail, and in a way that made me believe that was not the first time she was looking at his file. My appointment did not feel rushed, and I do think the cost was fair for the services and expertise I received. I left feeling less overwhelmed dealing with my dog’s recent cancer diagnosis and was grateful Dr. Rippy sent an email with a summary of the visit/treatment options that was also VERY detailed. Dr. Rippey did everything she could to help my 15 year old orange tabby cat Leo, but unfortunately with stage 4 cancer, squamous cell carcinoma in the anal glands, its hard to come back from that. However, we did get an extra 3 months with my handsome guy and I will forever be grateful for that.
Took my dog for treatment of a skin condition. Very well run facility with knowledgeable and professional staff. He is doing so much better because of the excellent treatment he received here.
