My air conditioner fan stopped working late yesterday afternoon. Called and left a message, also called the emergency line and talked with a gentleman who made some suggestions and set up an appointment for today. Received a text this morning telling me my appointment window, then another text telling me my technician was on his way. Received service before 8:30am. Quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part on his truck. Fixed and back in service before 9am. No upsell, super friendly technician. Arrived, did his work and was done. Will be using Hoock's from now on as my HVAC company. Highly recommend!

We were looking for the best solution to cool our upstairs without having to pay $12-$15K for a second unit.
Russ came out gave a same day quote for a zoning system. They came out as scheduled and completed the job as promised. Now our upstairs is just as cool as the first floor.
I highly recommend Russ and his team. Very friendly and kept their promise on the schedule.

Great experience. Aaron was amazing. They were able to get someone to the house on a Saturday AM. He was able to assess the issue and get it fixed within an hour. Pricing was very reasonable. Definitely will use again.
