    Our water was terrible. Orange tinged. Sulphur smelling. Iron taste. Oily film on top. We interviewed a half dozen water softner companies. All had fancy dog and pony shows. A couple tested. Robert arrives. No fancy brochure. The only person who can explain why our water is the way it is. Describes in plain english what we need to fix it. Has the lowest bid. Which we almost didn't take because it was so low we thought he didn't know what he was talking about. But we checked around. Everyone knows Robert. Huge companies use his systems. The best kept secret in Wentzville. The system is installed. Problem solved. No more water bottles from the store. -- And hey - if he is a little slow to pick up the phone chill. This is a small company and Robert usually shows up to all his calls. He services hundreds of miles radius. We find text is great. Though to be honest we have had zero problems with our system.

    My water test failed after putting in a new system, wont return my calls πŸ™ƒ
    I had to carry all the heavy equipment downstairs and im 63 😞
    And was dripping leaking and work was done, someone else had to fix it

    I was pulling up to a stop sign when I saw this company's van hauling ass towards the intersection. I paused to let the following unfold: Dude is staring at his phone and blows through the stop, does a last minute wide right turn through the intersection, then is driving in the oncoming lane for half a block before he straightens out. I was behind him at this point, and he was rapidly accelerating into the distance, probably 60-70mph in a 35. I'm glad no one (including me) was coming from the other direction as he made this move.

    To be straightforward.....never have utilized this company's services but based on how their service employees drive....wouldn't use it. Driving on Hwy 94 one of their employees was driving a company vehicle and passed my husband and I (we were driving 55 mph which is the speed limit) and he was going AT LEAST 65-70 mph, passing us when there are houses not far off the road where there are possibly children outside or residents outside....not to mention the wet road conditions. If this employees lack of care or concern for others safety on the road in indicative of the companies work ethics then no thank you. Do better.

    I would like to start my review by saying I am happy with the product and service, but above all I am most happy with Grant!! Simply put he was amazing. He went above and beyond my expectations. He answered all my questions (and there were many) and he was so patient and kind in the process. I would recommend him to all my friends and family!

    There’s not a person on this earth who’s more enthusiastic about the importance of good water. Grant is knowledgeable, focused on customer service, and service after the sale. A really professional company!

    They made everything easy. They answered the phone the first time I called and had someone over in a few days to look at my leaking water softener. He showed up right on time and explained what the issue was and that it would be better to replace my very old water softener than to repair it and have it break again in a few months. He came back the next day, again right on time and had my old softener out and the new one working in just a couple hours with no mess left behind. Highly recommend.

    Just got my first water softener installed by Holmes. Grant was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner and left no mess. I know very little about water softeners and he was very patient in answering my questions.

    Drivers are a threat on the roadOffice employee Cindy has an attitude problemDon’t know who the hell hired this old guy but they need to get him off the road. Dude almost caused a 4 car accident breaking in the middle of HWY Z randomly, texting and driving, swerving back and forth, guy looked about 80 years old.Called and spoke to Cindy and she had a severe attitude problem. When I told her what was going on she said β€œOk I’ll see what I can do” RUDE!! If you hate your job that much Cindy then quit.
