First time patient there 5/14/26. Everybody was nice and talkative. Joked around a bit and ashley the FNP I talked to actually listened and we talked about the best medicine for me. There was another nurse I briefly talked to that just gave an aura of easily to talk to. Regret not getting her name but ill get it next time. Good job everyone at that office

I had a visit with the Most Compassionate Practitioner Nurse today Ashley at this facility. She was so caring & Kind and a great listener. We need more like her in the doctors offices . She has me on a path to recovery. Yeah !!! Strongly suggest seeing her for Great Care at this facility Thank You Ashley

I became a patient a few years back after my doctor retired. I never thought I would find a doctor I trusted so much but I did my research and surprise I did. It was Dr. Gohar, and I got very lucky!!! Because at my very first visit, the other doc, Dr. Hoange saw me waiting for blood tests and asked me why I didn’t come see him as a new patient instead? I replied that I asked for the first doctor to be open and able to see me. I hit the jackpot though because Dr. Gohar was the best, and I even followed him to the Florissant office when they moved him. But then bad news, Dr. Gohar left the practice. After a grieving period of having to start all over again with a new doctor, I called to make an appointment with Dr. Hoange. Now get this, I was told that I would have to wait and see if he would accept seeing me as a new patient after reviewing my charts. First of all I’m not a new patient to your practice. Secondly that doctor was the pushy doctor that chastised me for not seeing him in the first place. Weird! Thirdly, no, I’m not waiting for you to DECIDE if I’m a good fit as your patient!?! What is going on at this practice??? As a result I found a new doctor at a different practice. Something is really odd about this practice so BEWARE. Their ratings are dropping since losing Dr. Gohar. Man I swear these practices drive away all the really awesome docs.

From the first scheduling phone call to the end of my first appointment, I can not say enough how amazing my experience was. The kindness of every staff member is truly the way it should be! Ashley is so kind and truly listens to what you have to say. You can tell she is an advocate for every patient she sees! It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with doctor’s offices. Highly recommend!

I was checking out at the front desk and a nurse named Lauren began talking loudly to another patient in ‘open space’ for all other patients to hear. Lauren spoke about what this patient was having done, which was very personal. I was completely taken aback by Lauren’s unprofessional, disrespectful, and unethical conduct. I now have to find a new physician, as I do not appreciate that patient confidentiality is not being respected at this facility.

I had an unfortunate experience with Vishrut Shukla. He was quite rude during our interaction and seemed unprepared or unable to assist me with my concerns. I was left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service. I expected a more professional and helpful approach.

Just got off the phone with office manager Linda. Even if I can't get into this office I will recommend them! She took time to learn about my need and do her best to help me! I'm kinda looking forward to being sick enough to go see them! Lol

I’m always recommending Dr. Gohar to my friends and family.I’ve never had a doctor so personable, caring, and actually listens to you. He’s always on top of everything and does what’s best for you and your health. Also the staff is always so kind and welcoming!
