I don’t know how 2 say this w/o sounding corny but this place saved my life on more than 1 occasion, this place being 24hr really helps whenever it’s late at night and I’m thinking about my past and how many things I’ve messed up and how many people I’ve ruined, and how I could’ve prevented my friends deaths. This place is really a second home for me, if this place wasn’t 24hr I don’t really know where I’d be. Also the inside is really clean, the employees are also really nice and friendly. If you are looking for a gym I’d recommend this location.

This location is DIRTY. There is mold and dirt everywhere and the toilets are always out of service. There were 3 employees sitting around chatting while there was dirt/mud all over the floor. There’s been the same dirt pile on the turf floor for a week now.

** Update - We did reach out to Customer Care as recommended by the owner at the time and never received a response and was ignored ** My son has been working out at this location for several months without issue. Today, he was told he could not use the facility unless an adult was with him because he is under 16. When we originally signed up, the staff specifically confirmed that he was allowed to work out at age 15, so this was confusing and frustrating.

If there was a way to not put a star in definitely wouldn't of left even 1 star as I have tried to leave a review to get trew there lines to talk to a person and I can not get threw their automated answing service to a real live person to find out if my insurance will cover me coming to there jym and what all they might have there for someone my age and for my health to try and get healthier To me this is a loss of customer's i would really like to go to this gym but eliminating real people answering there phones does not answer all questions So I guess I will look into other gyms This gyms should really consider having real people answering there phones, also yes I tried calling a couple of other planet fitness gyms all with the same results no way to get a live person on the phone computer virtual answering systems are not always able to take care of everyone's call so there should be an option for needing to talk to an actual representative at this location

Been a member here for years and its never been in this bad of a condition… seriously machines out of service for WEEKS!!! Very disappointed time to move gyms unfortunately… Do better CF!

Bad bathrooms not a problem but when ever all the machines broken and the seat goes left and right that’s not right the way seems like they Gona close other than that y the stuff never gets fixed

Morning staff doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in or leave. They are always at the front desk talking. They are not helpful when asking questions either.

Very outdated and dirty compared to the other locations. There is always something broke and it takes a long time to fix. Pro is it’s always less busy.
