Our AC suddenly stopped working one hot and humid summer evening. We called Vernon in the morning and Jose arrived just a few hours after we called. He was outstanding--courteous, professional, and sharp! he quickly diagnosed the problem, and our AC was cooling our house again soon thereafter. Our air went out on a Saturday. The temperature was 100 degrees outside. The company I contracted with was not able to come for 5 days, Joseph Commercial Heating & Cooling was at the house in a few hours. Tech was excellent and kept us informed and educated every step of the way. We cancelled our current contract with our previous company and will be using Joseph Commercial Heating & Cooling in the future.
