These guys are pretty amazing! They got to my mom's quickly and she had a new furnace the next day. Kevin, Ed, Josh, and Joe were extremely professional; gave us the big picture and went right to work. They were so very kind! My Mom even got a birthday discount (her furnace went out on her 94th birthday). There are still truly good people in the world. Thank you so very much. Highly recommend.
I can’t be more pleased with the service of Ed and Cameron. Air Allliance is the only company I will use from here on out. They took care of my furnace in a timely manner and were thorough in their work. The men were friendly, knowledgeable, and kind.The cost of their annual plan is better than many other companies I called.I HIGHLY recommend them.
12/17/23 Update: Still 5+ Stars!!First and foremost, of all the companies we deal with, the commutation with and from this group is TOP NOTCH! And every tech that’s been to our home over the years has been skilled, polite, and thorough.We have a service tech check on us twice a year, and this year (2023) it was pointed out that our water heater was showing some age issues. We decided to be proactive and replace our 20 yr old tank, and the Air Alliance team made sure we had a new tank and were up to code in no time!******Josh arrived on time, seemed to be very thorough, and was extremely pleasant!
