Kendel and the manager Dakota went out of their way To pull the cabin air filter out of my car. In all the 12 years I've been driving this thing no one has ever been able to get it out. It was disgusting. I could not be more grateful to them for sticking it out and getting it replaced!
: I have gone here before and had no issues. I went on a trip and went to a competitors place. And they failed to replace my under shield. And it got beat up when I went on the high way. So I returned to have them fix it. But they wanted me to wait behind 3 other cars that. I needed to get on the road. So I removed it. And it sat in my trunk for a while. So I needed a oil change and I asked your team to put it back on. They said they would do their best. I was missing some hardware. Changed my oil replaced my shield. I left and a biker told me something was hanging down. I turned around and went back. They fixed it with out complaining.
10/06/25 Working this morning the Manager, the Woman [didnt catch her name] and Rafael were very helpful with the issue I had, they fixed the problem no hesitation did a wonderful job super nice as well! Great employees they deserve a Raise, Keep up the Great work. I will forever get my Oil changes here ! God bless
