Harmony, Health & Healing
“I’ve been getting massages all over the world for more than 13 years, and I can honestly say Amanda is the best of the best. If you’re looking for the best massage therapist in Webster Groves (or the St. Louis area), she’s it.
What sets Amanda apart is that she doesn’t just give a relaxing massage—she genuinely wants to understand the root cause of your pain. Every session feels personalized. She listens, assesses what’s going on, and uses targeted myofascial techniques to address the underlying issue rather than just treating the symptoms.
One of my favorite things is that she doesn’t send you home without a plan. She always shares stretches, exercises, and practical tips to help manage the pain between appointments, prevent future injuries, and improve your mobility long-term. It’s clear she truly cares about each individual and wants to help you feel better—not just for an hour, but for the long run.
Now that I’m pregnant, she’s also been giving me prenatal massages, and they have been incredible. Every prenatal massage is customized based on exactly what my body needs that day, and I always leave feeling so much better.
If you’re searching for a great massage, an experienced massage therapist in Webster Groves, or someone who truly knows how to get to the root of chronic pain, I cannot recommend Amanda highly enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, genuinely cares about her clients, and is, without question, the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I recommend her to all my friends and family and they are never disappointed!”
