Old Webster Animal Hospital was Dot's vet for the past 5 years. The moment I parked my car in front of Old Webster Animal Hospital, Dot was trying to get out of the visit...she was an intelligent dog that knew we weren't going in for pup cups. The staff always helped Dot stay calm by showing her love. Dr. Davis was always informative and great to work with. Dot tragically passed away, and when I was in a panic, I called Old Webster Animal Hospital, and Michelle helped me figure out what to do. After her passing, we received a card in the mail from Old Webster Animal Hospital that touched our hearts. The message helped give us some relief, and the gesture moved us.

We have been going there for years. Dr. Davies is a caring and knowledgeable vet. We love the techs. They make our dog, who has anxiety, feel more calm. We know Heidi is in good hands.
Phantom had been to 4 different veterinarians and seen 2 specialists for a chronic eye discharge issue that no one could solve. This was years of discomfort for him, and I tried every recommendation without any help.Dr. Davis suspected he had dry eyes within 10 minutes of meeting him. I was so skeptical, because how could it be that simple? But she solved it! Phantom now has the medicine he needs and is doing great! Dr. Davis takes such care and love with the animals. So glad I chose this place.
