Harris Heating and Air is an amazing company and staff. Customers respect the work integrity and abilities of the crew, and they are excited about the expansion to Webb City. The team is fantastic and typically arrives the same day as the call, always fixing the issue. One customer’s heat quit working, and it was a gas valve switch that was replaced same day. Another customer was quoted 10k and told they needed to replace the unit, but Cory came out, identified the issue, and got them back up and running very quickly. He was super helpful and informed them on how to keep the unit from getting that way in the future. A Mini-split system issue was diagnosed right away by Cory, who ordered the needed parts and had the system working within a week. When the air condition went out in 90-degree weather, they dropped everything and came after hours, fixing the problem within 45 minutes. They are the nicest and so professional, and they don’t break the bank with their pricing. Customers are grateful and will always call Harris Heating and Air for all their needs.
I've known James Harris for years and respect his work Integrity as well as his abilities. I'm so excited that he has expanded to Webb City and has a fantastic crew surrounding him. I called Harris Heating and Air because our Mini-split system wasn't working. Everyone else that I had contacted couldn't figure out what was going wrong with it. Cory with Harris Heating and Air of Webb City was able to diagnose the problem right away. He ordered the parts needed and had us back up and running within a week.
