This gym has a very calm and welcoming environment. Very clean and has great equipment. Staff are very wonderful and encouraging. I love the values of this gym. Body and Soul Transformation is the place to be!
Body & Soul hosted a 5K run, family fun day & tour of the facility! It was a fantastic experience! I want to say thank you to Daniel the owner for being such an encouragement to my son Nate and his journey toward health & healing!
A wonderful clean environment with very friendly instructors and members! There is always someone there to help you. I have never felt intimidated by the workouts or other members, oy encouraged! I feel at home and like I am part of a family. A great place to work out your frustrations of life and walk away with a smile and you will definitely want to come back time and time again!!
