Great and clean gym. Friendly staff, and a great location. All of your workout needs (strength, conditioning, powerlifting) and more can be done inside this gym. No waiting around on machines or free weights. Clean atmosphere and this place even has bi or study throughout the week!

I work out with a personal trainer here and just got a membership. My trainer is Travis and he is great at challenging me. The gym is nice and clean and has lots of equipment options. Daniel, the owner, is always helpful and kind. He greets you when you come to the gym and you see him there often. They play good Christian music and it is not so loud that you can't hear yourself think. Very positive place!

Absolutely amazing atmosphere clean facilities and up to date gym equipment! Daniel is so awesome he goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and that you are doing a great job! He offers so much more at his gym then I have seen at the other places. I wish I could give more then 5stars for this place and Daniel!
