I've done intro and beginner level one pole and aerial classes. The instructors are great and make a very comfortable environment if this is your first time doing something like this it is a great place to go.
I always had trouble staying motivated at other gyms, but Girlfriends has changed my life! The classes are so fun and supportive, I have met so many kind people to workout with! All of the instructors are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure everyone is included. The facilities are always clean and have everything you could need. Would recommend to any girlfriend looking for a better workout environment!
I love Girlfriends so much! My favorite classes are Lyra, Aerial Silks, Aerial Yoga, and Spin Pole. It is a safe environment full of empowering and uplifting women. I couldn’t ask for anything better! Such a rare gem in the 4 states!
