I just joined this gym and have already fallen in love! When I went to sign up for my membership every single lady in the room was so welcoming and it felt like a family! Shannon was so helpful. They even have an app that keeps the schedule of the classes! I’ve only worked out once so far, but everything is extremely clean and tidy! If you’re looking for a gym to feel comfortable and surrounded by true girl’s girls, this is for you!!
I've taken three different classes here and each one was great. Every teacher I've met has been professional and fun, and the facility is always clean and comfortable. The owner is also really sweet. Love it here!
First of all, Girlfriend’s is a place where I feel so safe to be me. This class by Rachel was beautiful, inspiring, educational and so fun. I loved that we were able to make it conversational. I had a lot of key takeaways and will be implementing into my personal yoga practice.
